Finch House Records a lot

Quite a few fireside chats have been held about the progress, past and future, of Finch House. This fall, we’ve grown our collective from speculation to an online magazine and an official name for our casual production company. We’ve helped a handful of bands play and/or book their first show, giving what advice we’ve gained to others. Finch House hopes to move into the realm of a semi-official band and artist mentorship program in the form of round-table information share sessions, workshops, and contact sharing, as well as multi-media show planning.

The focus of the first workshop will be specific to the Sarasota music scene, covering topics like venue negotiations, media outreach and internet presence.
